Ty Carter is that uncommon individual who possesses the soul of an artist, the mind of an entrepreneur, and the generous heart of a teacher. These three attributes were honed at university when his independent animated student film took home several industry awards, including an Emmy and honor at the Cannes Short Film circuit. That success would lead him to Art Direction and Production Design at the largest animation studios in the world such as Disney, Pixar, Blue Sky and Netflix. His film credits include: Toy Story 3, Bolt, the Ice Age Franchise, Epic, The Peanuts Movie, Anubis, Spies In Disguise, Nimona, Charlie & the Chocolate Factory, and Tiana.

Ty is the creative founder behind TCA Creative which led various projects in the technology and entertainment sectors such as Insomniac's Eye Guy Collectibles, eco-friendly blockchain galleries at Basel Miami and ComplexCon among others as well as Silicon Slope tech branding.

Seeing an opportunity to pass on his knowledge to the next generation of artists, Ty has devoted his freetime to mentoring and teaching hundreds of artists by offering an affordable alternative to art school via his online mentorship, tutorials and lectures.
